Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a generous 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

1. Contact our support team via email (support@aishops.me) or hotline (1900-xxxx) with your order number.
2. Receive a return confirmation and shipping instructions from our team.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return center.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Items purchased during clearance sales can be exchanged but not refunded

• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for all eligible items. Simply contact our support team and we will arrange the exchange. The new item will be shipped once we receive the original.
